Job Summary

The Returns Clerkrole focuses on receiving in Consumer and Customer Returns, sorting and processing warranty/out of warranty claims, and preparing cameras for the refurbish process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incoming mail from Consumers
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Processing out of warranty claims
  • Sorting Customer returns and processing the paperwork for in house credit
  • Sorting and preparing units for the refurbish process
  • Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects as may be assigned, in an effective manner
  • Responsible for providing input to supervisor and team and working towards improving the department and/or service to our consumers/customers so as to provide Best in Class Service.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 6 months previous clerk experience or similar warehouse returns experience.


  • Subject matter knowledge of all PRADCO Brands products, policies, and processes
  • Ability to work with different personalities
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
